How it Works:

Branded Homepage
We will develop a custom-branded hompage for your program which greets each participant by name. An easy to navigate toolbar will facilitate participant navigation, program registration, rules, claims entry, reward status, performance tracking and ongoing communications.

Registration Page
You choose the program participants and parameters. The program software captures the registrant information that you request. This information is automatically merged into our database and available to you. This eliminates the need for data entry on your end. First time users register by creating their own password for their own account.

Claims Page
Once participants have logged in, they can enter the secure website. Here they can monitor their rewards in real time. This is a good "self-service" tool for participants, so your valuable time is not spent answering phone calls or emails from participants regarding their claim status. Claims are verified or uploaded from the Command Central page.

Rewards Page
Once a participant has earned enough points, they can go to the Rewards Page of the website to "shop" or redeem all or a portion of their points for a Citizens Bank Reward Visa* Prepaid Card. Participants simply add their prepaid card to their cart and proceed to check out. An email confirmation with order summary and shipping address is sent to the participant upon completion of the redemption process.

From our experience the Citizens Bank Reward Visa Prepaid Card is the most popular reward choice because the recipient can redeem the card for whatever they choose. However we can substitute and customize travel or merchandise rewards for your program if you so choose.

Command Central Page
All the databases from merge into COMMAND CENTRAL. From here you can get everything from the "big picture" view of your program right down to the smallest detail. Management tools, measurement and reporting capabilities at your disposal from this single location.

Program Support
